Terms of Service

By booking a service or creating an account you agree to these terms with Haritalani Private Limited, which operates the SwimCompany brand and platform.

We provide pool health checks, cleaning, water balancing, equipment servicing and annual maintenance contracts (AMC). Scope, frequency and inclusions are defined by the plan you select at the time of booking.

• Visit slots are confirmed subject to technician availability in your city.
• You must provide safe site access, water supply and power for the scheduled visit.
• Reschedules requested at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

Prices are shown in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are collected offline via UPI, bank transfer or cash, and recorded against your booking with a payment reference. AMC plans are billed as per the selected term.

You are responsible for disclosing known equipment faults, structural damage or water-source issues. Chemical dosing recommendations assume the pool is used as described to us.

Reports and AI-generated analysis are advisory and do not replace statutory safety inspections. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We may suspend service for unsafe site conditions, abusive conduct or non-payment. You may cancel an AMC as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
