• Account details: name, email, phone number and service address.
• Service data: booking history, pool details, water chemistry readings and technician reports.
• Payment records: invoice amounts, payment method and reference numbers (UPI/bank/cash).
• Technical data: device and log information used to keep the platform secure.

To schedule visits, assign technicians, generate your pool health reports, raise invoices, provide support and improve service quality. We may send service-related updates on WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Water readings and technician observations are processed by an AI model to produce plain-language pool health reports and plan recommendations. These inputs are limited to service data — no payment details are shared with AI providers.

We share data only with our technicians and service partners assigned to your pool, and with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, messaging) acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Access is restricted by role — customers see only their own pools, technicians only their assigned visits. Service records are retained for as long as your account is active, and thereafter only as required by law.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to care@swimcompany.in. We respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
